Process

My Process: I usually begin my creation process by doing a brief consultation or Q&A session for any potential client. This is very important because it allows for me to determine the scope of the project, budget, and timeline. Once we determine that we are ready to move forward with beginning the project, I must collect a non-refundable, retainer fee that is at least 50% of the total price before I begin working on any project. Once the project is finalized and approved, I will collect the remaining 50% balance before delivering the final product.

Timelines: The amount of time that it will take to complete a project will depend on the type of project that needs to be created. Please see details below:

Refund Policy: The initial retainer fee, which is equal to 50% of the total price of services, is NON-REFUNDABLE. A 50% refund will be issued ONLY if Joey Hilton Art Studio, LLC does not deliver a product or service, as outlined in our signed agreement.
